Give feedback to your customers

No news, nothing on your facebook or twitter. Login doesn't work and password recovery doesn't work. Give your customers feedback of what you are doing or it sadly be bad reputation on bitcointalk. At least send out a newsletter to your customer. That shouldn't be too much to ask as many of us have spend a lot of time and effort on digitalgain
